To book a massage, ask for information or give a gift card, you share some information with us. This page explains what we do with it, who sees it and how long we keep it.
Who is responsible for your data?

The contact form
It asks for your first name and, if you wish, your last name, your email, your phone number and a message (for example, the time slots that suit you). This information is used only to call you back or reply to you, and to arrange your appointment.
Please do not include detailed information about your health: we discuss it together, in person, at the start of each session (areas to avoid, preferred pressure, contraindications).
Your message is sent to us by email and a copy is kept in the website’s administration area, so that no request is lost if an email does not arrive. A tracking copy is also sent to the technical address of the website creator (tracking@creation-site-internet-lyon.com), who uses it only to check that the form is working.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a service, and our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive.
Buying a gift card
To issue the invoice and send the card, we ask for your last name, first name, billing address, email and phone number, as well as the name of the person you are giving the card to and, if you wish, a short message to be written on it. This information appears on the card, on the invoice and in our gift card register, which allows us to check the card on the day of the appointment.
Payment is made through Stripe, a secure payment provider: your bank details are entered on its platform and we never have access to them.
Legal basis: performance of the sale, then our accounting obligations.
Who receives your data?
- Cabinet Tammaia, the sole recipient of your requests;
- O2switch, host of the website and of the server that sends our emails, in France;
- Stripe, for gift card payments;
- the website creator, only for the tracking copy of the form described above.
We do not sell or rent any data, and we do not send any newsletter.
Third-party services loaded by the pages
The location map at the bottom of the page comes from Google Maps, the language switcher from Google Translate (GTranslate plugin) and the fonts from Fontshare. To display these elements, your browser sends them your IP address. Google may set its own cookies when you use the map or change language.
Cookies
The website does not measure its audience and displays no advertising. The only cookies set are those needed for it to work: basket and order (WooCommerce), payment security (Stripe), and login for the salon team (WordPress).
How long?
- contact requests: three years at most after our last exchange;
- gift cards: for their period of validity (12 months), then archived with the order;
- orders and invoices: ten years, as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive the data you have provided to us. Write to us at cabinet.tammaia@gmail.com or call 07 83 33 50 90: we reply within one month.
If you feel that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or at cnil.fr.
