Cabinet Tammaia house rules
These house rules (hereinafter the “House Rules”) set out the internal operating procedures of the TAMMAIA massage salon (hereinafter the “Salon”). Any service provided within the Salon entails full and complete acceptance of the House Rules, by the massage therapists and by their clients alike. These House Rules are a guideline for conduct within the Salon and are therefore not intended to be exhaustive. Clients therefore undertake to follow any other additional instruction from their massage therapist, provided that it remains in keeping with the spirit of these House Rules.
Legal and regulatory framework of the services offered
The techniques practised are relaxing and relaxation massages and therefore have no therapeutic or medical purpose. More generally, they do not in any way constitute acts reserved for the health professions regulated by the French Public Health Code (Code de la santé publique).
Under no circumstances will massages with a sexual connotation or any other act of a sexual nature be accepted. Any inappropriate behaviour on the part of the client will result in the immediate end of the service and full payment for it. In this respect, any naturist service is provided solely within the philosophy and ethics specific to that way of life. As a result of the above, no service has any sexual character whatsoever (whether primary or incidental), and the massage therapists may not be the subject of any solicitation, either inside or outside the Salon.
The services offered are displayed in full, with the applicable price. Each service is formally defined in advance and may under no circumstances be subject to any modification or solicitation, whatever its form, nature or price, either inside or outside the Salon.
Consequently, no additional request of any kind may be made to the massage therapists. Finally, the client is strictly forbidden to masturbate during a service or in the presence of the massage therapists.
Every massage takes place with mutual respect. It is therefore strictly forbidden to touch any part of the massage therapists’ bodies. No inappropriate touching or gestures will be tolerated.
Good conduct in the massage Salon
When booking, and at any time thereafter, the client undertakes to report any health problem that could be a contraindication to the massages requested.
Everyone (client or massage therapist) undertakes to strictly respect the code of good conduct set out below:
- Respect for the agreed time. Any lateness will reduce the length of the requested massage accordingly.
- A courteous and respectful attitude (physically and verbally) towards the massage therapist. The client remains passive during the services ordered.
- A shower is compulsory before every session. The Salon provides everything needed for this purpose.
- If, because of the wellbeing brought by the massages, sexual arousal should occur, we remind you that this is not the purpose of the services offered, and we invite you to tell the massage therapist if you wish to stop the massage. The service would remain payable, no refund will be made in this context, and the massage therapist will not provide any service other than the one originally ordered.
- Clothes and personal belongings stay in the massage room, under the sole responsibility of the client who owns them. No objects or accessories related to the services requested are allowed in the Salon.
Failure to respect any one of these ethical rules, as well as any attempt to do so, and any verbal or physical behaviour not in keeping with the spirit of the House Rules, will lead to the immediate end of the session, with full payment for it and no possible refund, as stated above.
The Salon reserves the right to refuse any client whose intention or behaviour does not comply with its policy and with these House Rules.
