The massage class lasts 90 minutes. You learn to massage someone close to you, guided by Théa and/or Marc.
Beginners who want to learn the basics of massage: as a couple, with family or with friends. The class is open to everyone.
The back, the legs, the feet and the hands, with grape seed oil.
Good to know: this is not professional training and no qualification is awarded. The aim is to give you the basics of massage, so that you can then massage on your own.
Your class
Call 07 83 33 50 90: the class lasts 90 minutes, for two people, by appointment only.
Slowly, on one of you: where to place your hands, how much pressure to apply, which direction to massage in.
We guide you and correct your hand position, your pressure and your rhythm.
If you wish, halfway through the session: each of you massages and is massaged, 45 minutes each.
Paper is provided to wipe off the oil, and you can repeat the techniques at home.

Théa and Marc
Théa has been a massage therapist since 2010 and opened the salon in 2017. Her travels, from Asia to Australia, have shaped the way she massages.
Marc works alongside Théa and runs the class with her: one demonstrates, the other corrects.
