Théa has been a massage therapist since 2010 and opened the salon in 2017. Her travels, from Asia to Australia, have shaped the way she massages.
Marc
Marc massages alongside Théa, on his own or with her for four-hands massages. Together, they also give 90-minute massage classes where two people learn to massage each other: as a couple, with family or with friends.

How does a massage session work?
You don’t need to bring anything: towels and shower gel are provided.

You book by phone
You call 07 83 33 50 90 and choose the length and the option, naturist or not.

You can take a shower if you wish
At Cabinet Tammaia, you can take a shower before or after your massage.

Before the massage, we talk things through together
Your expectations, the pressure you like, any areas to avoid, any pain or health issue we should know about.

Théa and/or Marc give you your massage
The whole body or a targeted area, depending on the massage you choose, with pressure that adapts to you to ease your tension.
Allergy note
We massage with grape seed oil: no scent, no taste and no skin reactions.
It softens the skin without leaving it greasy. Would you rather go without oil? We can also use talc.
I was lucky enough to have a massage with Théa at Tammaia Massage in Lyon, and I can only recommend her. Can I choose between a female and a male massage therapist?
Yes: Théa or Marc, depending on your preference and their availability.

How long should my session be?
50 minutes for a first visit, 75 or 90 minutes for a deeper massage.
Back, foot or face massages last 30 minutes.
What should I bring?
Nothing at all.
Towels and shower gel are provided, a shower is available for you and the salon is air-conditioned.
Do you offer Californian or Swedish massages in Lyon?
No, we do not label our massages that way.
Our movements are inspired by several techniques, including Californian massage, Ayurvedic massage and Swedish massage, and by our travels in Asia, Morocco and Australia.
Does your salon have a spa, a hammam or a jacuzzi?
No, the salon is dedicated to massage only.
A shower is available before or after your session.
